The product is satisfactory. The service was very, very poor.
Terrible service - I ordered the "18 grid" trays. I was sent the "14 grid" trays. When I asked why I was shipped the wrong item I was told "You did not reply to our email so we sent the product we had available." That is terrible service. You do not ship the wrong item, you wait for the customer to reply, or you keep sending the customer the question.
After I complained I was told they would ship the 18 grid trays I had ordered but I would need to pay shipping again. I needed the 18 grid trays so I paid. But I believe I should not have been charged a second shipping fee.
This has been a very disappointing purchase and process.
